Schnauzer
Giant Schnauzer
Miniature Schnauzer
A Schnauzer is a
German type
of dog. The name
comes from the
German word for
moustache
because of the dogs' distinctively furry noses.
Kennel
clubs generally subdivide these dogs into three
breeds by
size:
Though derived from a common ancestor and sharing certain physical attributes
and personality traits—notably intelligence, a friendly personality, and a
mischievous sense of humor—the three breeds are separate types of dogs.
The
Black Russian Terrier is also sometimes known as the Russian Bear Schnauzer.
