In India, there are less expensive pumps such as the dragon’ and super 555, but are claimed to be less durable. In the UK, pumps are available such as the whisper, while France sells the rens air pump. Always place air pumps above the water level hooked to a non-vibrating material.

For small tanks, all you need is do is to attach simple aquarium air pump to the airstone by means of rubber air tube.
